Buying a Watch from Us

Once your payment has been received in full, we will ship your watch within 5–7 business days. We use FedEx Priority Overnight Shipping to ensure swift delivery and minimize transit time. For your peace of mind, every package is fully insured for its purchase value.

Please Note: A signature is required upon delivery to ensure safe and secure receipt of your watch.

Selling a Watch to Us

When selling your watch to High End Watch Collection, we will provide you with a pre-paid FedEx Overnight Shipping label to send us your watch. Your package will be fully insured during transit.

If you decide to withdraw from the selling process at any time, we will return your watch to you, fully insured and in the same condition it was sent, with all return shipping costs covered by us.

Please Note:

If you are not satisfied with our final purchase offer, we will return your watch via FedEx Express Saver, fully insured at no cost to you.

However, if you decline an offer that matches the full preliminary value, you will be responsible for the return shipping and insurance costs.

Counterfeit Policy

High End Watch Collection does not accept counterfeit items. If a watch or any part of it, including accessories, is determined to be counterfeit, the customer will be responsible for all shipping and insurance costs to have the item returned.
