Return Policy

High End Watch Collection is committed to providing a safe and transparent shopping experience. Please read our Cancellation and Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and is subject to our Return Policy.

Unconfirmed Orders:

Orders that have been placed but not yet reviewed or processed by our team. These orders may be canceled at any time. Refunds will be issued, but merchant processing fees will be deducted.*

Confirmed Orders:

Confirmed orders have been reviewed and accepted by our team (usually after we contact you to verify details). These orders are refundable; however, the deposit and merchant processing fees* are not refundable. In addition, you must pay a 3% – 5% restocking fee to cover payment processing costs.

* Merchant processing fees are a small fee that payment processors (like credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and Shopify) deduct for processing your transaction.

Return Policy

Once your order has been processed or shipped, we do not accept returns, as all items are considered final sale.

However, if the item is not authentic or not as described, it is eligible for return in accordance with our return policy. This exception applies only to pre-owned products; all unworn or brand-new products are not eligible for return.

Step 2: Ship back your order, strictly following our shipping and packing instructions below.

Step 3: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm whether it is eligible for return.

Step 4: If the request is approved, we will process your refund.

How to Ship Your Watch Back

All returned products must follow the packaging policy below. If not, your return request will not be accepted. High End Watch Collection is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during return shipping.

1. Use the Provided Label: Always use the prepaid FedEx shipping label provided by High End Watch Collection.

2. Packaging: Pack the watch in a new FedEx Express box (not a reused or damaged box) to ensure safe transit.

3. Condition: Return the watch in the exact condition you received it.

4. Drop-Off: Bring the package to a FedEx Print & Ship Office to complete the return process.

Refund Amount

Even if the return is accepted and refunded, the refund will include the original purchase price minus applicable fees, which may include:

1. Merchant Processing Fee: If you paid by credit card, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or Shopify, a transfer fee will be deducted.

2. Insurance Fee: Any insurance costs incurred by High End Watch Collection will also be deducted.

3. Return Shipping Fee: The cost of shipping the item back to High End Watch Collection will be deducted.

4. Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee of the item’s current selling price will be deducted. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and returning the item to stock.
